TAITA TAVETA, County—A driver has died after a trailer reportedly carrying wheat overturned and plunged into the Tsavo River at Man-Eaters Bridge along the Nairobi-Mombasa highway.
The accident occurred at the Man-Eaters area, where the trailer is reported to have suffered a tyre burst before veering off the road and overturning into the river.
The driver is believed to have been trapped inside the wreckage and died at the scene.
